Once upon a time, there weren't so many "M's" in the "MMMMMMMission" of Salsa Mama, but with all the feedback on how TASTY it is, we had to modify!
Yes, this began as a charitable endeavor and still has a heart of love and service, but on a foodie level, THIS IS REALLY GOOD SALSA. Some members of our extended family even *claim* that this is the best salsa on the planet. Hyperbole? Possibly....but we're going with it.

A few details about our product:
- Salsa Mama salsa is freshly prepared but perishable product that needs to be refrigerated and consumed within one week for best taste.
- It is not certified gluten free although we do have customers with celiac who have eaten it without issue.
- It is made with canned tomatoes, which do contain salt and safe preservatives that are noted on the label. (Gasp!) Honestly, it results in a better, more consistently fantastically delicious product.
- Salsa Mama is packaged in pint containers, which equals 2 cups/16 ounces.
- Freezing is NOT recommended, so it's best not to "stock up." Just come see us at the market for FRESH salsa when you need it!
